History of RTI Threads
Riverside Technologies, Inc. (RTI) is your complete IT service organization, providing Chromebooks, wireless support, software, and complete network and data center setup and installations. Not only do we use the most trusted and reliable hardware for our customers, but we also produce specific solutions curated for each customer’s needs. Fulfilling these needs has led to our business, RTI Threads. The creation of this business began with RTI saying yes to the requests of our customers.
RTI was doing business nationwide, providing technology support to many differing organizations: including educational institutions, corporate businesses, and state and local governments. Once our customers were fully provided for on the technology front, they had more needs to be filled. Customers asked RTI how we could help protect their new products. So, we created a solution for them. We started a line of bags, shields, and cases to protect our customers’ investment. This line is called TechProducts360. Now we could provide all the essential technological support that our customers require as well as protect them with high-quality materials.
Since we had a history of meeting the needs of our customers, they came back with another request, could RTI put our logo on these products? We answered, “Yes”. We started embroidering the logos and designs of schools, businesses, and organizations that wanted to promote their brands onto the products from our TechProudcts360 line. Once we began with embroidery, it was not long after until we also started printing. Clients wanted apparel with their customized designs to go with the technology and bags we were already providing. Our customers continued to come back to us because of our ability to adjust to their growing needs.
About RTI Threads
Our customers’ requests and needs have never been a stumbling block for RTI, they have only been a solution for us to create. As a result of our customers’ needs, we created a new branch of RTI called RTI Threads. RTI Threads creates customized, quality logoed products for customers. Some of the products include apparel, hats, mugs, tumblers, beanies, blankets, pens, and banners. The local, US-based production that is done in our department is embroidery, printing, and laser engraving. RTI Threads was built on a foundation of hearing and understanding customer needs and delivering them the product they desire.
The expansion of RTI Threads has led to the exploration into the world of promotional products.
